Kickoff & access
Within one business day we email you a link to book a 30-minute kickoff call and a checklist of the access we need. We prefer invited user accounts to shared passwords.

Build & test
We build inside your own accounts, test every step with sample data, and show you the result before switching anything on for real customers.

Hand-over
You get a walkthrough video and written notes. For 14 days after go-live, any fix is free. After that, support hours are there if you need changes.
