Service Delivery Policy

All Nuaje services are delivered remotely. Nothing is shipped.
After you pay
- Within one business day we email you to book a kickoff call and send a checklist of the access we need.
- The delivery time listed on your package starts when that access is in place.
- We build and test inside your accounts, then hand over with a walkthrough and written notes.
Delivery times
Each package page lists its expected delivery time in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays). If a delay is caused by missing access or information, the timeline moves by the same amount, and we tell you.
Communication
We reply to project emails and calls within one business day during our hours: Monday–Friday, 9 am – 5 pm (Arizona time).
