FAQ
Questions, answered
The things people usually ask before they buy. Can’t find yours? Get in touch.
What does “business automation” actually mean?
It means setting up your apps so routine work happens on its own. When someone fills in your website form, for example, they can be added to your CRM, assigned to a team member, sent a reply and given a follow-up reminder — without anyone typing anything.
Do I need to buy new software?
Usually not. We start with the tools you already pay for. If a build needs an extra tool (such as Zapier or Make), the audit and your quote list its monthly cost before you commit. Those subscriptions are in your name and billed to you by the provider, not by us.
Who owns the automations?
You do. Everything is built inside your own accounts, and you get written documentation, so you can keep, change or move it at any time.
How do payments work?
Packages are fixed-price and paid at checkout by card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. There are no hidden fees and no automatic renewals.
What happens after I pay?
Within one business day you get an email to book a kickoff call and a secure checklist of the access we need. The delivery clock on each package starts once that access is in place.
What if something breaks after go-live?
Every build includes 14 days of free fixes after hand-over. If a connected app changes later, our support hours cover updates.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, before work starts you can cancel for a full refund. After that, refunds are pro-rated to the work not yet delivered. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Is my data safe?
We ask for the least access needed, prefer invited user accounts over shared passwords, never store your customer data on our own systems, and remove our access when the project ends if you ask us to.
